Finally, here is the look I wore on the 3rd day of LFW, ready for the last shows I decided to attend.  To achieve that smart twist, I've paired a black blazer with the undisputed piece of the season - a slip dress.  I chose one with a wisp of lace, to give a touch of luxe simplicity and  a pair of leather boots to complete the effortless look. Black always looked so edgy and mysterious. You can never go wrong with an all-black ensemble which lends itself nicely to a downtown look. The beauty of black? You can mix textures without the fear of creating an overly busy outfit. Here I blended fringe, leather, silk and suede in one uber chic outfit. To jazz up the look, I chose a starry print as well. And there you have an ideal way to add a dose of cool to your monochrome outfit. WEARING:  Stradivarius  suede fringed jacket , H&M white T-shirt , Ray Ban sunglasses , vintage scarf,  Topshop flared jeans , Primark clogs. *** On day three of London Fashion Week I was already getting such a buzz from watching all those models in fabulous outfits...I wanted to jump on the catwalk with them, and of course wear the amazing dresses I was falling in love with.. ha ha! The first show I went to was YII, followed by Niro Wang and Mimpikita; however my favourites were Teresita Orillac and of course, the one and only Kristian Aadnevik. After the first three presentations - considering the time gap between those and the last two - I pretty much spent the rest of the day having a good ol' chat with my favourites Adela and Damaris from TheGoalDiggers , catching up over coffee and yummy Italian food. Carrying on with my latest 70's obsession, I chose a brown suede jacket, flared jeans and a pair of clogs. My feet ...

  We see each season as a chance to try something new. We consider cashmere to be the best thing about falling temperatures. We love sequined heels as much as ankle boots. We think finding "the one" refers to that perfect trench coat. We make his pieces ours with a bit of finesse and a healthy dose of sparkle. Sometimes a simple detail makes me fall in love with a garment : a special colour, a beautiful fabric, a seductive print. With this polka dot skirt I had my little heart time and caught a glimpse of Monica Bellucci's Southern Italian style in Malèna . Directed by Giuseppe Tornatore, the film is set during WW2 in a rural Italian town; Monica Bellucci plays an impossible vision of beauty, a woman so striking she is immediately sexualised by all who lay eyes on her. Malèna’s reaction to the leering male gaze and subsequent scorn of jealous women is expressed through her hair, make-up and clothing. Our introduction to the character occurs with Malèna wearing a just-below-the-knee white dress, lightly padded shoulders, deep neckline incorporating dotted bow detail (this fabric being reused later for another outfit) to match black and white edging on the revers.
